A Bardic Circle!
Greets!
At 7 pm system time a Bardic Circle will be held. All are invited, provided you behave yourself. Each attendee is also asked to provide a little bit of entertainment: a song, a skit, a joke, etc.
Furthermore, as a member-in-good-standing of Ogres Dedicated to the Development of Performance In General (ODDPIG), I will be offering a small award to the individual I feel does the best job.

The Storytelling Amphitheater

You are in a small amphitheater. Several rows of curved marble benches
curl comfortably around a raised dais. The high ceiling and polished
stone walls are shaped to reflect the voice of the speaker at the dais,
letting them be heard throughout the room. An open archway to the west
leads out into a small courtyard.

Oook gets a large decorated bone from a bag made from blood bat hide and untangles the feathers and beads tied to it. It rattles quietly.
Oook holds the bone up, closes his eyes, bows his head, and growls some words under his breath.
Oook begins a low, murmuring chant, the words too faint for you to understand. As he chants he slowly turns the bone from horizontal to vertical.
Oook's chanting grows in strength and beads within the bone start to fall, slowly at first but then quicker, with the sound of falling rain.
Oook's free hand drops to the drum - DOOM - and he begins to shake the bone.
