Current Description:

September 16, 1999:
A man shrouded in the cloths of his well-worn cloak and black leathers, sits silently; seemly oblivious to his surroundings and those around him. you can barely make out the small printed words in a lateral list: Loth Llotherian, Dwarven Mines, Harper's Landing, Midgr.... The rest obscured by his low pulled cowl. A wicked looking tattoo of a grim grinning skull has been forged into his forearm. Writen around this skull is Old-Common reading: Death Before Dishonor! Your eyes turn to a flicker of light that has been reflected from a nearby light source, you spy an amulet dangling from his neck; it's shape one of a spider with all eight arms, each wielding a different weapon. -={ Sigil House Do'Urden }=-
Dinin has a special twinkle in his eye.

Dinin was an incredible player, and an excellent RP'er from the standpoint of his steadfast commitment to character history... though he was NOT a fan of Thaygar's "we love loss!" concept. Being naked is devastating on TFC characters, and Dinin tried hard to convince Thaygar to change that concept, but ... that's history. He and I used some very interesting tactics in PK, taking the strengths of the mage and the cleric, making them work together, the most effectively. Dinin was feared, but he wasn't full of himself. He wasn't TOO humble, but he also wasn't overly confident. Players of any level could talk to him. But if you were evil, you got to see a side of him that wasn't fun at all. In fact, Dinin's tireless devotion to punishing transgressors against his following struck a chord with me. He didn't need to comment on it: he just did it.

Dinin was most active when I was still trying to learn my way around the realm. In 2x there was hardly any EQ to be found. Most people I associated with were wearing nonmagical items in nearly all their slots. Even the best equipment was +1's and perhaps the extremely rare +2. The thing I remember most about Dinin was that he would leave items from a recent kill on the ground. He often gossiped where he left the items and whoever was quick enough to get to there first would be rewarded well. I once got a +1dmg and thought I was pretty hot stuff. Thanks, Dinin.

Team Chipmunk answers completely incorrectly. Lorna asks what the teams wish to do. Team Weasel offers to go to a third round... The Third round - both teams answer incorrectly. Faced with a variety of options, Lorna decides to grant first prize to BOTH teams, and the contest is finalized at a tie. Congratulations to both teams!
