PK Range

A PKer must be at least 5th level to attack you.
You must be at least 5th level to be attacked by a PKer.

From effective 5th to effective 14th, you may be attacked by those
at most 3 effective levels higher than you. Starting at 15th, you
may be attacked by those up to 5 levels above you, and the range increases
by 1 for every level thereafter. For example, an effective level 15
may be attacked by an effective level 20, while an effective level 16
may be attacked by an effective level 22. (16 + 5 + (16 - 15)) = 22.

After you have committed a certain number of unjustified kills, your
range doubles. (e.g. If you are 16, you may be attacked by an effective
level 28. (22 - 16) * 2 = 12 and 16 + 12 = 28.).

If you have a significant amount of debt, your range will also increase.
