It is true that Luckyboy himself was not listed as an enemy. However he is the Choice OM. He is the representitive of his following and leader of the mortals who serve Schwartz. It was made perfectly clear earlier in the day that all Choice have become to enemy of the Righteous. Before yesterday we had 5 Choice listed as enemies for thier crimes against the Righteous, which were also acts that broke Choice's own rules. We gave you Schwartz, and the rest of your hoard ample warning to change the path and to prove neutral. You disregarded our position and concerns. Now maybe all of Choice will pay them some attention. Choice is 1 following, and each member will be dealt with as 1 person.
