TWIST RING 'MAGIC RING'
Syntax: twist

TWIST unleashes the power of a magic ring, provided it is worn properly. Rings
have multiple charges, but the spell will affect the wearer only. Unlike most
magical items, when the charges are used up, the item is not consumed.
