'BROKER LEVEL'
Specifies a required spell level. Items that have spells of less than
the specified level cannot be selected. If this option is specified more
than once, the last instance is used. Note that this only works for some
item types.
For example, LOCATE TYPE RING LEVEL 20 SPELL BLESS BID 1000 starts a
search for a ring that has a 20th level bless spell in it.
