EMPOWER RELIC SPHERE 'CRYSTAL SPHERE'
Syntax: empower
Syntax: empower <target>
EMPOWER unleashes the power of a relic or crystal sphere that you are
holding. If you specify a target, they will feel the effects of the
power, otherwise you feel the effects. Relics and spheres both have
multiple charges, and when the charges are used up, the item is
consumed.
